Signing up here as a Pilot will enable Forest Air to move forward with its scientific partners and take on the missions.
Since the publication of the KEW science document on 25-09-2024 in Plants People and Planet (Beyond 4 × 4: Paramotoring a novel approach to accelerate plant exploration in challenging environments - Moat - PLANTS, PEOPLE, PLANET - Wiley Online Library) many doors are opening. This includes a the setting up of specific insurance for pilots to work with the scientistes, with bespoke extra pilot training for plant data collection and a host of other mission and training tasks. The potential is massive.
To make all this possible we have dropped the pilot joining fees to an absolute minimum 10 euros for this years membership,
